Skip email when using internal request

Hi!

I'm using Rodauth and rodauth-rails, I have to create accounts and verify them manually using internal requests but I don't want to send an email because there is no need, I control the creation manually.

When creating the account, the verify account email is sent.

I've seen that there is no way to avoid this. @jeremyevans have you thought to add configuration for all places where you can use an internal request and avoid sending email?

Am I doing something wrong?

You can configure the behavior you want with the current code:

  send_email do |mail|
    super(mail) unless internal_request?
  end

Therefore, I don't think additional configuration is needed. If you still believe so, can you explain why?

Sorry for the noise but I saw this doc https://rodauth.jeremyevans.net/rdoc/files/doc/guides/create_account_programmatically_rdoc.html, that's what I needed it.

At the beginning I was using internal requests but didn't know I could use bcrypt directly to create the hash. This makes easier to test accounts in the test suite and in scripts.
