I think this is not JERRY_FEATURE_REGEX. Please update the name of the macro to CONFIG_DISABLE_REGEXP_BUILTIN

The standard calls it RegExp and not Regex, so please rename to be consistent. http://www.ecma-international.org/ecma-262/5.1/index.html#sec-15.10

This makes cleanup of manager state that is depended on by the live objects impossible to do in the deinit_cb. That type of cleanup can only be done when all values have been torn down completely.
