FloatingNavigation: new data-driven floating nav widget with 4-position
layouts, hover expand/collapse, pin toggle, IntersectionObserver active
tracking, CSS animations, keyboard navigation. 34 tests + playground page.
Base + 4 theme CSS files.

Button enhancements: added gradient and link style variants, micro-animations
(hover lift, press scale, icon shift, loading pulse). Created button theme
CSS for glass/minimal/material (previously only rokkit had button theme).
