[ToDo] Build a hugely popular styling library written in Jess

Okay, in all seriousness, it would be good to get a good proof-of-concept on theming, just to validate Jess's theming patterns. I think this should go in a separate repo / package though for best issue management.

It would also be a good way to build out Jess's helper functions (imported / converted from Less functions).
