Enhanced Aircraft Filtering & Prioritisation

Add user-configurable preferences for controlling which aircraft are displayed.

Airport Preferences

• Set one or more preferred airports to prioritise traffic to/from specific destinations
• Useful for users located between multiple airports (e.g. EWR/LGA in New York, LCY/LHR/LGW in London)
• Option to exclude airports entirely

Airline Preferences

• Filter or highlight specific airlines of interest
• Option to exclude certain carriers (e.g. hide cargo operators, prioritise passenger airlines)
• Support for airline alliances (Star Alliance, OneWorld, SkyTeam)

Flight Type Filtering

• Prioritise by flight category: commercial, private, cargo, military
• Filter by aircraft type: wide-body, narrow-body, regional, turboprop, helicopter, etc.
• Option to show/hide general aviation

Dual Detection Zones

Support for primary and secondary detection zones with configurable parameters:

Zone	Altitude	Range	Use Case
Primary	Low	Close (e.g. 5 miles)	Approach/departure traffic
Secondary	High	Far (e.g. 10-15 miles)	Overflights at cruise altitude

Behaviour: Show aircraft from the secondary zone when nothing is detected in the primary zone, ensuring there's always something interesting to display.

Route Preferences

• Prioritise flights to/from specific destinations
• Highlight international vs domestic flights
• Filter by origin/destination region or country
