Bump to alpine-3.8. I'm mostly interested in picking up docker-library/official-images#4834 from upstream which does not strictly require 3.8. I just thought it was a good opportunity to upgrade. I'd be happy with a rebuild/push based on 3.7, as it was also patched.
I was able to build the
-slimimages locally (which is what I'm using), but the others were failing with an OpenSSL error. I'm guessing my env isn't quite right.
