Add new token will not delete the input fields content

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build sth like the add tags demo.
2. Build sth like the add contacts demo.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New tag is added, input is deleted. 
New tag is added, input is NOT deleted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
7.0.1 with Vaadin 7.1.8

Please provide any additional information below.
