Implement support for extension attribute scripts #10
Description
Extension attributes can also have scripts associated with them. Originally it was never implemented because jamf's new api didn't have support for it at the time but its there now.
there should be a second parameter that targets a specific folder for the extension attribute scripts if ea's are enabled. if this parameter is included, we should be careful not to scan this folder as part of the regular script push.
