Problem by getting uploaded Files >100kb

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go upload a File greater than 100kb
2. Try to Download it
<b>3.</b>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the file (pdf for example) 
My browser trys to get the file ... i waited for 2 hours... definetly to long for 300kb :P Does not seem the file will be downloaded at any time 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm running gitit 0.7 (from debian stable) at debian squeeze

Please provide any additional information below.
Max UPLOAD is set to 1000kb
Max Page Size is also set to 1000kb (should be enough)

Also the debug mode gives not really helpfull messages to me.. i attached the request. 

Any Ideas?

Hm. A process is hanging around at my debian. Without loading the file gitit executes:

git cat-file -p HEAD:berichtsheft.pdf

helps maybe

I am running gitit version 0.7.3.6 and have the similar problem. Below is the debug output from a file which is around 400 kbyte. Max upload size is set to 1000 kbyte.

I have verified that the file is in the wikidata directory and that it is complete (I tried to open it from that dir).

I was not able to reproduce the problem - uploaded 560K file fine, displays properly. However, I am using gitit 0.8.1, the most recent version. It is possible that upgrading could solve your problem.
