Mention the fourth table type name

On https://pandoc.org/demo/example33/8.9-tables.html it says,

Four kinds of tables may be used. The first three kinds presuppose the use of a fixed-width font, such as Courier. The fourth kind can be used with proportionally spaced fonts, as it does not require lining up columns.

Perhaps reveal the name too, not just "the fourth kind."

And please mention something down on that fourth kind. It isn't easy to count them all.
