We have problems to open a File from Microsoft 365.

This happens:


I authenticte my account, after the Window for a new App Registration open:
I registered the App Registration many times with an Admin, but still the same procedere.
My Enterprise App:


An App Registration will not provisioned.
If I delete the Enterprise App and create it with an Admin again, same error.
How can I use this Feature?
