Issue with rows in entity-relationship diagram table shapes

There is a problem with the shapes used for entity-relationship diagrams; previously, you could move rows up or down within any table object, but now it is very difficult—practically impossible.

I recall that there used to be options for repositioning rows in the "Arrange" section of the formatting side panel, but now they don't appear, and you can't even move them with the mouse.

Does anyone know how to move them?

There is a fix for this in the next release. An issue was filed on it, but I can't find it now. So, you'll get the fix within a week.
