Set custom library admins

"draw,io Confluence plugin v11.0.4, Confluence Data centre v7.19.22. A user had completed following steps 1-3

1. Select any Diagram on confluence

2. In the shape libraries on the left click edit on one that he owns

3. Set it so that only owners and admins can edit.

Need to add an admin (unrelated to space admins) to the shape library so that they can also maintain. User is already a space admin for page being created and is owner of custom library"
