Rewrites the wiki as a developer guide to the draw.io source Adds 25 pages on running, building, hosting, configuring, embedding, extending and understanding the code, plus a sidebar and footer. Rewrites Home, Getting Support, Embed Diagrams and the OneDrive registration guide, corrects the stale bot timings, and removes the empty self-help page and the deploying page that Self-Hosting replaces.
