SQL server docker image seems to be broken.

Overview of the issue

SQL server provided docker image seems to be broken and is blocking nodejs blueprint auto update. https://github.com/jhipster/generator-jhipster-nodejs/pulls

There are 2 alternatives:

• add a sample to main repository
• drop samples from nodejs

It may be more valuable in dotnetcore blueprint due to Microsoft stack.
