Schema list

While validating the Rose collection description XML files, which should be valid TEI, I found that the xsi:schemaLocation did not point to a valid URL. Instead, I used the tei_ms.xsd available in the list above to validate (http://www.tei-c.org/release/xml/tei/custom/schema/xsd/tei_ms.xsd). In all these files, the schemaLocation SHOULD be changed to point to the valid schema. Only 2 XML files were found to be invalid.
