docs: translate the remaining generic engineering terms in the topic documents
Second pass over 01-05: authority, ownership, taxonomy, timeline, signal, cluster,
chunk, probe, onboarding, metadata, workflow, applicability, insight, boundary and
identity become Chinese in prose. retrieval, embedding, context, memory, tool call,
sandbox, MCP, schema and model or product names stay English, as do identifiers,
URLs, file names and the source/contract vocabulary that names the data model.
docs: normalize Chinese terminology in the five topic documents
Generic engineering words in prose move to Chinese (evidence, revision, benchmark,
artifact, observation, provenance, promotion, snapshot, adapter, checkpoint, seam,
lifecycle, retention mode, worker, admission and related); identifiers, standards,
product names, thresholds, tables, code blocks and links are unchanged. Switcher
lines follow the H1 + blank-line form used by the other wiki documents.
docs: add bilingual architecture views site and English wiki editions
- site/ holds the architecture views: an index separating Requirements from
Technical Design, one bilingual shell per view, the four archify artifacts
(zh default, en optional) and their specs
- Requirements-SPEC and Technical-Design link their own view from the top
- every wiki document except the problem statement has an English edition,
linked through a language switcher line; prd-flow/ is superseded by site/
