Making regroup as a utility for other packages

Hi @jianfch , I think your idea to allow stable-ts to reprocess json output is a brilliant idea. I think that is a feature that many other whisper users/packages may need too. I was wondering if that would be an idea to make the function of regroup available as a utility. Just a thought.

There are many functions in stable-ts that do not require whisper to work. I agree that it could be useful for processing other similar data. For now this https://github.com/jianfch/stable-ts/blob/main/examples/non-whisper.ipynb will suffice. I will see how it goes then maybe port those functions into its own repo. Thanks for the idea!
