IT Support professional with 5+ years of experience across Windows Server, Windows workstations, and Microsoft Azure — supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud deployments, and network security for business clients.
I've built a strong foundation in hands-on IT delivery: deploying VMs on Azure, configuring web-accessible applications, managing SQL databases, and resolving everything from LAN and Wi-Fi issues to day-to-day end-user support.
