Error fetching content: 402 Client Error: Payment Required for url

I keep getting these 402 errors despite being well below my token limit. I even tried with a new API token that had zero usage and I'm still getting this error.

Is there a bug with the API? I've been using r.jina.ai reliably without any issues for the last 6 months, but this week have been getting this error regularly.

Can you provide a code snippet demonstrating your use case of Reader when this issue occurred?
We need the exact featureset to diagnose.

You can omit the authorization token part.

also this 402 "payment required for url" is not some error reader emits. we don't have such string in codebase, r u using reader via 3rd party integration?

Here's the code snippet - its very simple:

@hanxiao I’m seeing the same error. The exact same code works fine on my local machine, but on the Vercel deployment the key isn’t working and I’m getting a 402 Payment Required, even though I’m using the same key

Hi @amartripathi0 I created a demo Vercel deployment and did not reproduce the issue.

To my knowledge if you are using Environment Variables it might worth checking the timing or behaviour of your javascript bundler, also the the environment variable settings on Vercel.

Been getting this since yesterday even with new key that hasn't hit usage limit. Any solution?
