Support other Jinja workflows

From the top page of [Jinja API](https://jinja.palletsprojects.com/en/latest/api/#basics), the workflow of defining `Environment` with a `Loader` is presented, while `Template` is just a shortcut using some default values for `Environment`. It would be nice to have a similar workflow exposed for more easy migration
