No firmware downloading and no firmware detected #64
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start bcmon up
2. It shows that firmware model is not detected, install tools version:0;
installed fw version:0
3. Settings does nothing
4. If i try to go to "Status" in the top left corner, bcmon crashes.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Videos show the app launching and it downloads items. Mine does not
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Since I cannot go into Settings to get version number...

I was hoping this would work for my phone, perhaps it is a HTC issue, but it
would be amazing if it would work.
