Summary
Adds
--config/-cand a matchingSHUTTLE_CONFIGenv var so users can point shuttle at an alternate TOML config without overridingXDG_CONFIG_HOME. Precedence: flag > env > XDG default. Explicit paths must exist; the XDG default stays tolerant of absence. Tildes and relative paths resolve to absolute so the per-config lock hash stays stable.
