Patch: mfsk-ffi-ft8 adds the FT8 transmit chain (mfsk_ft8_pack77, mfsk_ft8_message_to_tones, mfsk_ft8_tones_to_i16, mfsk_ft8_tones_to_f32, mfsk_ft8_synth_output_len). API-additive — v0.5.0 decode signatures unchanged. See CHANGELOG.md for details, docs/EMBEDDED.md for integration.

mfsk-core 0.5.1 published to crates.io. mfsk-ffi-ft8 binaries (linux-x86_64, esp32-xtensa, esp32s3-xtensa) attached below — same as 0.5.0 with the new TX entries.
