If the below solutions do not address your problem, please open an issue on GitHub with screenshots and as much detail as possible (including logs listed by the plugin).
- Did you follow the instructions & prerequisites listed in the first time setup guide?
- Make sure you unblock the zip folder and/or all DLLs before loading the plugin
- Try temporarily disabling other plugins such as
OverlayPlugin.dlland anyACT.Hojoringplugins then restarting ACT. - If you are updating the Discord Plugin from a version prior to 1.0.0.0, make sure that none of the old files are in the root of the ACT folder. If you are uncomfortable with modifying this, then a clean re-install of ACT will work too.
- When debugging or upgrading ACT plugins, ALWAYS restart ACT after adding or removing them. Simply enabling/disabling them is not enough.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin.
- Make sure you unblock the zip folder and/or all DLLs before loading the plugin

OverlayPlugin.dll, try disabling it then restarting ACT. How can I select which triggers I want sent to discord and which I want to be kept for personal callouts?
You can achieve this using Triggernometry. After you install the Triggernometry plugin, import all of you old Custom Triggers by clicking the Import button. After the import is completed, modify each trigger that you use for personal use and set the option to override the hook sound to ACT setting. All triggers except the ones with this setting will be routed to the bot. More detailed explanation with screenshots coming soon.
