Proposal: AI‑First Framework for PAELLADOC Based on the 5 Principles of AI‑First Development

Hello everyone,

This is a very ambitious project, and I need your help to bring it to life! I’d like to start a discussion around a proposed “AI‑First” architecture and workflow for PAELLADOC’s core. The term AI‑First Development was coined by me and is defined in my blog post [1]. This proposal is grounded in the Five Philosophical Principles of AI‑First Development outlined there, and aims to seamlessly integrate:

• Context as Primary Creation
• Intent‑Driven Architecture
• Knowledge as a Living Entity (via a Knowledge Graph)
• Human‑AI Collaborative Consciousness
• Contextual Decision Architecture
• Security by Design (leveraging Snyk, per [2])

📌 Proposal Summary

1. paelladoc intent Command

   • Prompts “What is your business intent or target KPI?” before generating docs or code
   • Creates an Intent node in the Knowledge Graph with metadata (owner, success metrics, date)

2. Living Knowledge Graph

   • Core entities: Intent, DocTemplate, CodeArtifact, Decision, Risk
   • Auto‑updates on every merge via POST_MERGE hook; CI breaks if graph invariants fail

3. Plugins & Dashboard

   • JS/TS SDK for extensions (e.g. Snyk Security, UX Lint, Performance Audit)
   • Next.js dashboard: graph visualizer, activity feed, CI/security status

4. Integrated CI/CD Flows

   • paelladoc verify (docs ↔ code consistency)
   • paelladoc secure_verify (Snyk SAST/SCA, blocks PRs with CVSS ≥ 7)

5. Contextual Decision Architecture

   • Every change records “decision → reason → impact”
   • Metrics dashboard: MTTR, % of PRs with intent links, developer satisfaction
