修复

• Codex provider gateway 现在会保留供应商版本根路径：Base URL 已包含 /api/coding/paas/v4、/api/coding/v3 或 /v2/coding 等版本根路径的 Chat Completions 供应商，现在会直接拼到供应商 endpoint，不再额外插入 /v1。
• Codex 唤醒不再因旧 CLI 缺失而暂停：唤醒状态和总览可用性现在按官方直连对话运行态判断，不再依赖旧 CLI 探测；保存提示也会以后端实际保存结果为准。
• 仪表盘 Codex API 卡片暗色主题显示正常：仪表盘中的 Codex API Key 迷你卡片现在使用暗色主题面板，不再继承浅色赞助商渐变背景。

Fixed

• Codex provider gateway now preserves versioned provider base paths: Chat Completions providers whose Base URL already includes a version root such as /api/coding/paas/v4, /api/coding/v3, or /v2/coding now route to the provider endpoint without adding an extra /v1.
• Codex wakeup no longer pauses when the legacy CLI is missing: wakeup state and overview availability now follow the official direct-chat runtime instead of the old CLI probe, and the saved-state notice reflects the backend result.
• Dashboard Codex API cards look correct in dark mode: Codex API Key mini cards on the dashboard now use a dark-theme surface instead of inheriting the light sponsor-style gradient.
