v0.2.0 Beta: load/save added, win vst3 only

Load/Save implemented. Windows x64 VST3 only.

Default 4 second IR file for Accurate Salamander Grand 6.2beta2.

You only need the PianoRes-win-x64-vst3.zip file. It contains a README on installation.

• won't store/retrieve settings (so you need to manually redo all settings each time you open your DAW project, etc.)
