kfxgen — Calibre plugin that generates Amazon KFX from EPUB with a working Kindle navigation pane and table of contents.

Install (Calibre GUI)

  1. Download kfxgen-plugin-5.3.15.zip from the Assets below.
  2. Calibre → Preferences → Plugins → Load plugin from file → select the zip.
  3. Restart Calibre.

Install (command line)

calibre-customize -a kfxgen-plugin-5.3.15.zip

Then convert any book to KFX output.
