Standardize an entry in the autoconfig file

For the mail clients, the current way to get the provider configuration is to list the available configuration in https://autoconfig.{domain}/mail/config-v1.1.xml. It would be very convenient for mail clients to be able to use the same file for jmap protocol autodiscovery.
Could something be added to the recommendations?

I don't think this is necessary, mail clients should to implement PACC instead.

The thing is there are no email provider that has adopted the PACC draft (which looks promising) while the autoconfig one is more widespread these days…
