Compatibility with NestJS 11

NestJS 11 was released a few days ago, but nest-commander doesn’t seem to be compatible, preventing the npm upgrade.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the dependencies and check compatibility to ensure that nest-commander works with the latest version of NestJS.

You'll have to wait until they release golevelup/nestjs#945 which was merged yesterday and then update nest-commander dependencies
