Changes

Adds 4 API endpoints required by Sentinel and Ledger integrations:

  • POST /trust/event — Sentinel reports trust events (production_error, sentinel_fix, sentinel_fix_failure)
  • POST /canary/register-fingerprint — Ledger registers canary fingerprints for taint detection
  • POST /schema/classification-rules — Ledger pushes field classification rules
  • GET /schema/classification-rules — Read current classification rules

Also:

  • Add register_fingerprints() to CanaryCorpus
  • Update README with full 14-endpoint HTTP API table
  • 37 new endpoint tests
