Temperatures not being reached

I've upgraded to 8.6.0 and none of my rooms reaches requested temperature.

I've got external temp sensors and Danfoss TRVs

We are about 2 degrees below setpoint and Valves only open about 10% where as I need them 80-100% open to reach room temperature.

It usually works OK
