Custom start/top commands cannot be modified? What am I doing wrong?

I have created a thermostat which controls a select device (for French people : un boîtier Zigbee Legrand en mode fil pilote). On the dedicated configuration screen, I have configured custom start and stop commands like in the screenshot below (sorry for english readers, screenshot in French):

Now I am trying to modify these commands but every time I do so and click on the validate button "Validate", when I come back to this screen, the old values are shown. Is it a bug?

Hello, this is not a known bugs. When you validate, is there an error message on the top of the configuration window ?
Is there any usefull logs when you valide. I guess the validation check is wrong but i don't see why.

I closed the discussion a few minutes after having opened it. The fault was on me on this one. I simply forgot to click on « Finaliser les modifications ». Anyway, this message is an opportunity to say thank you for this great HA custom extension!
