Adding three new flags to osctrl-tls, to have the ability to serve HTTPS:

-cert string
    	Certificate file to be used for TLS. (default "config/tls.crt")
  -key string
    	Private key file to be used for TLS. (default "config/tls.key")
  -tls
    	TLS termination is enabled. It requires certificate and key.
