Fix for on-demand queries logging in splunk/graylog

Overview

• Logging plugins like Splunk/Graylog or equivalent would crash due to a bad parameter in the log dispatcher. It was expecting a bool when it was receiving a string.
• utils.SendRequest would use the url parameter to establish if the connection needs to be secure.
• Logging plugins will load if the configuration is correct.
• Display expected targets in on-demand queries list.
• Using correct tag for metrics.
