LED off mode. Upgrade path:

New feature

• LED off mode: all LEDs can now be fully disabled via MODE=off in /userdata/etc/leds.conf. The LAN LED is turned off using the switch ASIC DIRECTLCR register (0xBB804314) — completely dark, no residual glow unlike the dim/scan mode. The three available modes are:

  bright	Full brightness (default)	255
  dim	Reduced (~25%)	60
  off	Completely off	0

  echo MODE=off > /userdata/etc/leds.conf
  /userdata/etc/init.d/S11leds start
