Release v0.5.0

The new release of ChromaQuant v0.5.0 is now ready!

Users can install the new version using pip for testing and usage.

This is a major update to the basic functionality of ChromaQuant. The package has been redesigned to enable users to prepare their own recipes by line coding. This change is accompanied by the removal of some preexisting infrastructure including the GUI and automatic file identification. These changes were made in attempt to generalize the core functionality of the package for use in many different circumstances, not necessarily just those observed in the Rorrer Lab.

This release contains most of the core systems envisioned in the development of ChromaQuant. A future version will be released shortly to include some additional functionality and more extensive documentation. Please keep an eye out for that version (slated to be v1.0.0) if you're looking for documentation!

As always, thank you to everyone who has supported the continued development of this project. We are so grateful to have gotten to opportunity to share these tools with fellow chromatography enthusiasts.
