Input (choice) not working anymore

Hi,
last week, my quicktextes were working perfectly.

And now, the "input" one doesn't work anymore, when inserting an input (for a choice), I see big empty windows instead of small windows with all my choices

A quick text exemple :
Please inform [[INPUT=inform ?|select|PC on +33 6 xx xx xx. ; me on +33 6 xx xx xx. ; us the day before. ; asap ;]]

If it can help :
Thunderbird ESR (140) on Linux Mint 22

Which version of the add-on are you using?

The latest : 6.4 ... Should I maybe try to downgrade ?
