F-Droid translations update

I've run into sync issues with the existing Fastlane structure with Google Play and F-Droid. To address this, I've moved F-Droid translations to their own directory based on F-Droid's documentation. This should allow for seamless description uploads for both Google Play and F-Droid.

If you want to add descriptions for F-Droid for your language and haven't already, get involved on Weblate!!

If you see any issues with descriptions in F-Droid, let me know in this thread.
