Tapping the notification should open the app

Currently, tapping the notification doesn't do anything. Instead, it should open the app (either on the article tapped, or a configurable default location, like Unread).

Hey, sorry. You're right. Tapping the individual notifications opens the related article. My bad.

I'm just very used to FeedMe, where there's a general notification that feeds have been updated that opens the Unread section.

I made another post about that here: #2159. For some reason I thought this applied to individual notifications as well.
