Mark as read articles are not sync back the state to FreshRSS

I have a FreshRSS instance and sync with Capy Reader. Since some time, if i click "Mark all as read" in the article list, all articles are marked as read in Capy Reader. If i look some minutes later in FreshRSS, all articles are "Unread". I have waited more than 5 minutes, but the article state is not synced back to FreshRSS. I have expected that directly after clicking the button in the App, a request is sent to FreshRSS.

Can you please fix this?

@Offerel do you use auto-refresh, or have you tried refreshing manually?

This is with auto-refresh set to 2h. But this is also with manual. Only when i refresh manually a second time, with all articles read, the state is synced

To add to this as it's possibly related, I have my auto refresh time set to 1hr but it never seems to pull in updates automatically.
