Replace ArticleStatus.STARRED with a dedicated ArticleFilter.Starred type. Simplify the drawer to show Today/Unread/Starred rows and remove the bottom status bar toggle. Add a hide-read toggle button in the toolbar for non-Articles filters.
Replace the Today filter toggle with a Home Page preference that sets the starting filter on launch. Options: Today, Unread, or Starred
