jsroot is broken on demo

Problem is that its expecting jsroot to be located at static/jsroot and requirejs to be located at static/components/requirejs

Works if I manually put in symlinks

Somehow production is properly appending the jupyterhub prefixes in front of the system while demo is not.

It's a jupyroot issue
