Uh oh!

Following the instructions on https://sd-card-images.johang.se/boards/orangepi_5_plus.html for the "plucky" image the Orange Pi 5 plus fails to boot. I tried again with "noble" but had the same result, it just hangs when trying to boot from MMC1. I've tried two different microSD cards without any change, at least one of these (and almost certainly both) have worked with previous versions.
Is it possible there is an issue with the associated boot binary https://dl.sd-card-images.johang.se/boots/2026-01-01/boot-orangepi_5_plus.bin.gz
I have to confess I don't spend too much time installing OS's and kernels so it is very likely I am doing something wrong.
