First of all, the rsync problem I mentioned earlier is solved by downloading a compiling the source code.
A new problem seems to have emerged: OTG does not seem to work. I have read that it is usually enabled in /boot/config.txt and in /boot/cmdline.txt, but those files are not present in the image it seems. Can you adivise whether the Trixie image you created should support OTG?
