• check-line-limits CLI counts SLOC per file, prints warnings to stderr, and exits 1 when a file reaches the error threshold
• line-limits.json config with optional warn (default 500) and error (default 1000) thresholds, scanDirs (default ["src", "tests"]), skipDirs, and exclude
• skipDirs prunes directories by name at any depth before files are enumerated (default: node_modules, .git, dist, coverage)
• exclude patterns drop files by shape (default: **/*.d.ts, **/*.generated.*)
• --warn <n>/--error <n> override the thresholds, --config <path> selects another config file
• --json prints { warn, error, hasErrors, files } for CI pipelines
• library API exports checkLineLimits(), loadConfig(), and the LineLimitsConfig, FileResult, and CheckResult types
