🩸 First blood. Proximo enters the arena — the complete Proxmox control plane for AI agents, with trust by construction. Built by John Broadway with Claude — a human–AI partnership.

  • PLAN — dry-run by default: every mutation first returns a preview (exact change, live state, blast radius, honest heuristic risk). No plan, no mutation.
  • UNDO — fail-closed auto-snapshot before risky changes (waited-on) + one-call revert.
  • PROVE — tamper-evident hash-chained audit ledger (opt-in HMAC-keyed mode); plans and confirmations both land in it.
  • DIAGNOSE — read-only evidence battery whose flags surface incompleteness, never false clean bills.

117 MCP tools across guests, provisioning, backup/restore, storage, firewall, network/SDN, cluster/HA/migration, ACL/users/roles/realms, PBS, observability, and task/pool control — plus an optional, experimental 16-skill A2A face routing through the same trust core.

Honest scope (it's the brand): the trust spine and core lifecycle are live-proven against real Proxmox; the governance plane is live-proven to execute against a real PVE 9.2 API on a test cluster; much of the broader surface runs against mocks — the README's arena record and LANDSCAPE.md carry the full, unflattering picture. 1964 tests, 0 skipped, ruff clean, CI green.
