Errors with 13.x

Excited about this but I have a failed attempt.

Following instructions:
Downloaded file from github (AS3_tmpl_export.tcl)
Uploaded file to /config directory on LTM
Ran the following to merge:
config # tmsh load sys config file AS3_tmpl_export.tcl merge

Received the following errors:
Loading configuration...
/config/AS3_tmpl_export.tcl
There were warnings:

This looks like an issue loading the config. Try calling support.

You can also, add the tmsh script manually.
tmsh
cli script
create tmpl_export

then paste the script in the vi editor.
then: save sys config
