(Long term): Simulate hormonal cyclicity

COMPLEX ISSUE. Here, the goal is to add the simulation of cyclic hormone availability and action. Within each cycle, 1) a period of elevated follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) occurs that stimulates granulosa cell (GC) proliferation, and 2) a period of elevated luteinizing hormone (LH) occurs that blocks GC proliferation and fosters GC differentiation in large "competent" follicles.
